These Terms of Service are an agreement made between you, the client, and myself, Willow Grimmwood.

You agree that by submitting a commission request that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.

I have the right to refuse any commission.

Unless discussed prior to accepting the commission, I reserve the right to showcase your model throughout the rigging process. I also reserve the right to stream the rigging process.

A ready to rig PSD must be provided prior to acceptance of commission. A WIP model can be provided to receive a quote. I reserve the right to change the quote once receiving the final PSD if it differs from what was previously discussed.

I do not typically rig models previously rigged. I will also not rig on top of other riggers works.

Returning clients are always welcome to contact me at any time to be placed in queue, even while commissions are closed.

Once a commission is accepted, a 50% down payment of the agreed upon price is required for work to begin.

I only accept payments in USD, all prices will be displayed in USD.

I currently accept payments through Ko-Fi or PayPal.

Confidentiality between the client and myself is key. Any personal information shared via PayPal shall be kept confidential by both myself and the client. Failure to do so shall result in the forfeit of your payments and commission cancelled.

If the project is cancelled by myself or the client before works has started, a full refund will be issued.

If the client cancels the commission once the work has begun the down payment is forfeit.

If I must cancel the project due to unforeseen issues a full refund will be issued.

If I refund is issued you will receive the amount I received after any processing fees. You may loose 5% or more depending on payment processing.

Model will not be delievered until fully paid. Extensive showcases of the rigging will be provided prior to recieveing final payment.

You will receive the required files ncessary to run the model in VTube Studio. I rig my model with VTube Studio in mind and cannot guarantee it will work in other programs.

I will help you setup your model. As a client you are entitled to a 30 minute setup call via discord if so desired. This must be setup within 7 days of recieving your finished model.

The working file (.cmo3) will not be part of the final delivery without extra payment. I will share these files with another rigger at your request for free for something such as a vbridger upgrade.

Minor revisions and tweaks are free.

Major revisions may require an extra fee. Please provide reference when submitting your request.

You may request adjustments within 7 days of receiving the full model.

Communication will be conducted via Discord DMs or email.

While working on your commission I will send updates at a minimum of once per week, typically between Wed-Fri. Feel free to request small tweaks and edits as we go along. Major edits or additions not previously discussed are subject to additional fees.

Please confirm that you have recieved the updates so that I know you have seen the progress.

Feel free to message me at any time reguarding your commission at any time. I check my messages at least once a day. If for some reason I have not responded for a few days, please feel free to send the message again.

If I must pause your commission for any reason, I will inform you as soon as possible.

Will: Humanoids (any gender/race/body typer), Kemonomimi (humonoid with animal ears and/or tail), small robotic or armor pieces.

Extra Charge/Time: Heavy armor, horns/antlers, NSFW

Won't: AI generated images, NFT or crypto projects, adbusive/discriminatory/phobic works.

It is your responsibility to disclose if your order falls under anything in the "won't" category. I will cancel your commission at any stage of the process if I discover the works fall under and of my "won't" categories and you will not receive a refund.

Credit is required to be publicly visible somewhere (X/Twitter bio, Carrd, Twitch Panel, ect.). Proper credit must include a proper name AND one of the provided links:

Will you re-rig my current model? I typically do not rig over a previous riggers work. This will be discussed on a case-by-case biases with you and your previous rigger.

Will you cut art for rigging? No, I do not cut art. A properly cut and completed model in PSD format is required prior to starting your commission.

Why must the art be complete before accepting a commission? A completed model is completed to provide a proper price. There may be parts you have forgotten to mention or that your artist has added.
